The company's share capital of 113 million crowns (DKr), consist of 400,000 A shares at 20DKr/share with 10 voting rights each, and 5,250,000 B shares at 20DKr/share with each 1 voting right.

There is no preferential treatment associated with the two shares classes, other than differences in voting rights.

Protocol for Own Shares

The company can, by mandate of the general assembly, purchase a maximum of its own shares equalling 10% of the share capital up to 18 months after the last general assembly.
