All meeting arrangements start in Brøndby IF’s attractive foyer, which is framed with photographs from decisive moments in the club’s history. In the foyer, it is possible to establish wardrobe, welcome, exhibition and registration facilities as needed. It is also on this floor that the player facilities are located, which, depending on Brøndby IF’s sports activities at the time, can be included in the arrangement in the form of guided tours.
The meeting and conference facilities at Brøndby Stadium consist of large exclusive lounges and smaller, though just as exclusive, spectator boxes. These are all furnished to accommodate meetings from 30-600 participants with possibilities to establish multiple conference wings, group rooms and exhibition functions.
The facilities are especially suited to meetings and conferences of any type, as they can be set up in a number of ways to conform to your wishes and needs. This flexibility allows for arrangements that require space for expo areas or marketing of potential sponsors, with the coordination between general meeting, work group activities and dining managed smoothly.

The list below holds basic examples of standard meeting set-ups including A/V equipment, such as large screens, TV monitors in the lounges and overhead projectors. We will, of course, work out a package specific to your arrangements. Prices are per person.
